Kobido is a Japanese facial massage, and the Amsterdam studio sells three different things through one WooCommerce shop: treatments booked by appointment, gift vouchers, and a certified course for practitioners who want to learn it. Three buyers, three questions, one site.
We did not build it. It arrived already built and already selling, which is the more common situation and the less forgiving one: nothing can go down, and no change can cost a booking. Our work is the layer underneath, how fast a page renders, how much the browser is asked to do before anything appears on screen, and how much of the site a search engine can actually make sense of when it arrives.
The search side here is unusual. The treatment carries a Japanese name that most people meet for the first time in a search box, so a large part of the audience is not looking for the brand at all. They are looking for a result, in their own words, and the site has to be what answers them.
