Questions
What does a project cost?
It depends on scope, and we will not pretend otherwise. An identity is not priced like an online shop. After one call we come back with a written scope and a fixed price for it, so you are never billed by surprise.
How long does it take?
An identity typically runs four to eight weeks. A site depends on how much of it has to be built rather than assembled. Where a date is fixed, a festival or an opening, we work backwards from it and say up front what fits.
Who owns the design?
You do, once the work is paid for. Source files included. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Do you work with clients outside Poland?
Yes. We work across Poland and elsewhere in Europe, in English, Polish, Spanish and French.
Can you take over a site somebody else built?
Usually. We will look at what is there first and tell you honestly whether fixing it costs less than replacing it. Sometimes it does not.
Do you do the writing too?
We can. Most sites fail on their words before they fail on their design, so if the copy is not ready we would rather work on it with you than fill the layout with placeholder text.
What happens after launch?
We hand over something you can run yourself, and we stay available for changes and for growth work. There is no forced monthly retainer to keep your own site alive.
Can you help decide what to build at all?
That is usually the most valuable part. Before design, we look at the market, the competitors and the numbers, and sometimes the answer is smaller than what you came in asking for.
